PPO&S has been honored with 7 American Graphic Design Awards and 4 Communicator Awards for a wide range of communication disciplines including website and logo design, video and direct mail.
The American Graphic Design Awards, now in its 54th year, is a national competition that spotlights creative excellence across all mediums. It is sponsored by leading trade publication Graphic Design USA. The PPO&S winning entries were selected from more than 10,000 submissions from design firms, ad agencies and other organizations from across the country.
PPO&S was recognized for its design of the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania “Guiding Our Vision For the Future” brochure; the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra’s Campaign Update brochure; a video for the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority’s (IFPA) “See How They Lie” campaign, and a student recruitment direct mail piece for Milton Hershey School.
The agency also took home design awards for logos created for the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association, the Commonwealth Libraries Summer Quest program and for the agency’s own holiday environmental graphics.
The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for communication professionals. PPO&S received Communicator Awards of Distinction for radio spots and video for the IFPA’s “See How They Lie” campaign; Pierson Computing Connection, Inc.’s company website; and direct mail for Milton Hershey School.
“These national and international recognitions from advertising industry experts are a testament to the caliber of work we are creating on behalf of our clients,” said Joe Knezic, VP Branding and Creative Services for PPO&S. “It’s also important to call out that our work is being recognized in the full gamut of both new and traditional disciplines. Our clients need us to create and integrate messages through all forms of media, and we deliver — on a high level.”
