Our “Within Reach” campaign for CHIP aimed to eliminate barriers and increase access to health insurance for the children of working families. TV, radio, digital, outdoor, transit, print and collateral components created a unified and engaging outreach effort to parents and caregivers throughout the state.

During its first month, the CHIP website received more than 1.9 million visits — a 54 percent spike over the previous month. Within six months, CHIP had secured more than 22,000 new enrollments, reaching beyond its initial goal of 9,300.
