Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry: Statewide Advertising and Public Relations Campaign


A campaign created on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry encouraged those who owed money to the state’s Unemployment Compensation Fund to do the logical and ethical thing — pay it back.


Our branded campaign focused on a 3-month amnesty window of opportunity to “Make It Right” and utilized digital, radio and transit advertising to drive delinquent individuals and employers to a microsite for information and repayment. The effort helped recoup $15.6 million, representing an ROI of $33 for every dollar the client invested.
