Most private schools rely on more than tuition to operate; Harrisburg Academy is no exception. The annual appeal campaign for this private pre-K to 12th-grade school helps ensure they can continue to provide a “Total Education” that builds individual character, creates an unmatched experience and produces exceptional outcomes.

Inspired by the bond that exists among staff, educators, students, parents, donors and alumni, the approach we developed centered around the theme of “Moving Forward as a Family.” The campaign included a messaging platform, campaign landing page and an appeal letter.

Feedback from the client noted that what we created helped centralize and shape all of their efforts. The materials generated enthusiastic responses from families, including many phone calls, notes and a bumper crop of personal stories about “what Harrisburg Academy means to me.” The client also noted that the key fundraising month of December 2018 saw the most money ever raised in a single month.
