Annual Report for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency

About the Project
Partnering with Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to bring to fruition its first-ever web-based annual report was a fulfilling endeavor for our team. We took their mission, their stories, their successes and shared it with the world through a website that is available to anyone with internet access. The user experience (UX) is simple and clear: touches of color and animation add moments of delight as the reader engages with the content. Each step of the design process gave PHFA opportunities to provide guidance to ensure the website aligned with its brand. The final product is a UX that educates, enlightens and inspires, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished through our collaborative relationship with PHFA. 

Website for Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform

About the Project
Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform (PCCJR) is a statewide nonpartisan organization with a mission to end lawsuit abuse in Pennsylvania. They recognized their website was outdated and inefficiently organized, so they selected us to redesign the UX with the goal to increase newsletter subscriptions, grow their member base and provide a news-centered hub for Pennsylvanians interested in legal reform and the coalition’s work. We helped PCCJR conduct a user survey to better understand how their website was used and uncover the pain points users were encountering. The result is a clean, professional and elegant website that makes it easy for users to perform their top tasks: access content that’s relevant to their industry, get updates on legislation and sign up for newsletter updates.
